TEIR 2 Scope & Breif + Tender Package Coordination

A quotation is not a tender.

Building on the defined scope established in Tier 1, we prepare a comprehensive tender package issued exclusively to our own selected NSW builder panel. We bring full transparency and true comparability to every submission. Most homeowners receive a handful of quotes and assume they're comparing the same thing. Often, they're not. Different assumptions, different inclusions, different risks buried in the fine print.

Our panel changes that. Every builder on our list has been independently assessed for capability, reliability, and track record. You're not taking a chance on someone from a directory; you're choosing from a shortlist of contractors we trust with our own name.

Every submission is returned on the same documented basis, so the comparison is real. TEIR 3 Superintendent Services

Once your contractor is appointed, the real work begins. As your superintendent, we assess every progress claim before you pay it, manage variations so you're never caught off-guard, inspect your site at key milestones, and issue the practical completion certificate only when the work is genuinely finished. We sit between you and your contractor, impartially, professionally, and always in your interests.
